Incorporate from your agent

Soxton runs a remote MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, an IDE, or your own agent, and it can prepare, sign, and submit a Delaware C-corporation incorporation on your behalf — without you retyping a long intake form.

What your agent does

  1. Start a draft and fill it in from what the agent already knows about the company and its founders.
  2. Check what is still missing, then prepare the submission and show the human the attestation.
  3. Take the human’s affirmative response and typed full legal name, and affix their conformed signature.
  4. Hand the human a hosted review link to confirm everything and pay the $400 filing fee.
  5. Track filing progress and incorporation documents from the same conversation.

What we file

  • Delaware C-corporations only.
  • Solo-founder and multi-founder incorporations.
  • Not for LLCs or founders under 18.
  • One-time filing fee of $400.

Filing status reflects Soxton’s progress preparing and submitting your filing, not confirmation that Delaware has accepted the certificate.

What stays with you

  • SSNs and TINs, signature images, and payment details never travel through agent tools. Soxton ignores them if sent and collects them on its own domain.
  • Nothing is signed without the human’s actual affirmation, and a human may only sign in their own name.
  • Payment and final review always happen on Soxton’s hosted page, never inside the agent.

Pick up where you left off

Your incorporation lives in your Soxton account, not in the conversation. Switch agents, start a new chat, or open the web flow — every surface edits the same draft.
