No account needed up front — you verify your email when the connection asks, and we create or sign in your account from there. Agents can read the full tool reference at app.soxton.ai/.well-known/agents.md.
What your agent does
- Start a draft and fill it in from what the agent already knows about the company and its founders.
- Check what is still missing, then prepare the submission and show the human the attestation.
- Take the human’s affirmative response and typed full legal name, and affix their conformed signature.
- Hand the human a hosted review link to confirm everything and pay the $400 filing fee, or, with Link agent payments, have them approve the charge in Stripe Link.
- Track filing progress and incorporation documents from the same conversation.
- Appoint or switch Soxton as your Delaware Registered Agent, then pay on a hosted Checkout page or approve the charge in Stripe Link.
- Ask Soxton’s legal team for custom Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy. That opens a request only; nothing is generated or charged in the conversation.
Service scope

- One-time filing fee of $400; priority filing $1,400.
- Delaware Registered Agent service for $300 per year.

Filing status reflects Soxton’s progress preparing and submitting your filing, not confirmation that Delaware has accepted the certificate.
Registered agent
Make Soxton your Delaware Registered Agent through your agent or the web app.
- Appoint Soxton if your Delaware corporation has no registered agent yet, or switch your existing corporation to Soxton. Soxton’s legal team handles the Delaware change-of-agent filing.
- Provide your corporation name, business address, business phone, and full name. Your account email comes from your signed-in account, and Soxton’s legal team receives a ticket.
- Delaware corporations only. Service costs $300 per year.
- Pay on the hosted Checkout page for an annual subscription, or approve a one-year charge in Stripe Link if your agent has Link agent payments. Your agent then uses a shared payment token; this payment does not auto-renew.
- Use the same two quick starts in the web app: “Appoint Soxton as your Registered Agent” and “Switch your Registered Agent to Soxton”.
What stays with you
- SSNs and TINs, signature images, and card numbers never travel through agent tools. Soxton ignores them if sent and collects what it needs on its own domain. The only payment credential an agent can pass is a Stripe shared payment token you approved in Link.
- Nothing is signed without the human’s actual affirmation, and a human may only sign in their own name.
- For incorporation, you either review and pay on Soxton’s hosted page (card or Link) or approve the charge in Stripe Link. Priority filing is always paid on the hosted page.
- For registered agent service, you either pay on Soxton’s hosted Checkout page or approve the charge in Stripe Link.
