How pricing works
Premium members pay the Premium price. On the Free plan, lawyer work and most corporate workflows cost twice as much. Filings, conversions, registered agent service, and M&A are the same price on every plan, and term sheet and offer letter reviews are always free.
Partner pricing
Founders referred by select banking and formation partners get discounted or fully covered standard C-corp filing. Priority filing is never discounted, and LLC formation isn't available through partner programs. All prices in USD.
